I am fueling up for my road trip and realized that our breakfasts are dietary matter and anti-matter. Mine is Fiber One cereal, one bannana, and 1% milk.
Svend, I still envision you as an English Paul Bunyan, 9 feet tall, 450 lbs, eating ribeyes like potato chips and washing it down by drinking from a beer keg instead of a glass. But where Bunyan carried a double-bladed, ax, you weild a microfiber cloth.
Nothing but love, my friend. May all your cars be shiny.

That much fiber would put me down, like mega gut cramps.

Does FiberOne taste anything less like hate than Total? My experience with Total is that it tastes and textures
like industrial-waste-cotton linoleum made with fish oil, after shredding with a tile removal machine that left in concrete dust.

Fiber One? Looks too much like the food pellets I fed to my rabbits.
I like cereal with bananas, just not that cereal with bananas.

ugh 1%, that stuff is water. Whole milk every time for me! I wish there were a super whole milk that was something like 6-8% instead of the usual 4. Growing up, my mom only ever bought skim and 1%. As soon as I learned what whole milk was I never turned back. I can do 2% but its definitely not as good.

Maybe it's because I'm old, but I like Fiber One. Just don't eat a lot of it or you'll pay.

Sounds like I’m and English Paul Bunyan’s son, I’m 5'10", 227lbs and have a ribeye once possibly twice a month. I wield a Karcher pressure washer and snow foam lance. Lol.
You do have me craving some Kelloggs Crunchy Nut Cornflakes though.
So now I’m conflicted between cereal or bacon butties.
Have a good trip mate. Love right back at ya (and Toby).

I was on Icelandic style yogurt with fruit for a while. I think I’m done eating yogurt for a while, unless I add some granola and other unhealthy things. I’m so burned out on it. Plus, it never really satisfied me because there was no real chewing involved.
This week, I prepped a bunch of eggs and I’m making egg, swiss, and avocado sandwiches on an everything bagel. While this is far from healthy, at least I’m excited about breakfast (rare for me) and not starving when lunch comes around. This makes me less tempted to go out and get something unhealthy.
All that rambling said, your breakfast looks really good! maybe I’ll go back to cereal next week! I’ll sub the 1% with unsweetened cashew milk mixed with protein powder. This is a surprisingly good combo. Enjoy your trip!!
